Just a few more photos from I Love Transit Night

Here’s a few more photos from I Love Transit Night, last Thursday’s transit-games-and-fun extravaganza. The photo with everyone holding numbers is the second games round—a tremendous amount of fun! Thanks to Terry Muirhead for sending these along!

Haha the jumbo cutouts look awesome. If you get the PDFs up I’ll have to make some myself. Looks like all of you have fun. Please make the next meet on a weekend, the Westcoast Express doesn’t run that late!

Bottom left photo was in fact snapped by me, the surprised look on Terry’s face is testament to that.

Well, the two big ones were giant ones I made specially for the evening — those were about 2.5 feet long, I’d say. The normal sized cutouts are about 25 cm long.

Hey jhenifer (hah, I spelt it right:p), I want to make a suggestion for those cardboard cutout thingies.

Maybe you could have ones that look like the articulated 60-foot buses, or Community shuttle cut-outs, or even trolley cut-outs. That way we show the different styles of buses and modes of transportation in Metro Vancouver…..
