After that extensive Olympic coverage, you must have racked up some serious overtime or holiday hours. Enjoy the time off as the Paralympics is around the corner.

Just a question about message/ comment alerts. When you are away how do you get alerted that someone has wrote a comment?

Ric: WordPress sends me an e-mail for every comment that is posted to the blog. So once I return, I can check the e-mails that have been sent in.

If I have questions about older posts (ex post from last year) where should I ask them? On that post or on any newer post?

Just ask them on the older posts. However, as I have indicated, please try to think about your inquiries, and try to post just one comment that covers all the questions that you are looking for answers on. If I have to go back to multiple people with several questions from the same person, it becomes much harder to keep track of what has and has not been answered due to the many emails/calls we must exchange.

Ric:
The profile pic beside my comments is put in through a service called Gravatar. Sign up at the Gravatar website and the site will show you how to connect a photo to your comments. (Essentially, the site notices when you enter your e-mail address on a comment, and Gravatar will put in the picture associated with your e-mail address.)
