SkyTrain sent me a quick note to say that there won’t be any Dunsmuir tunnel maintenance work on Friday, October 16 (that’s this evening).

The specifics:

Due to the project preparation required, the planned single-track operation in the Dunsmuir tunnel (Waterfront-Stadium) is cancelled for Friday, October 16th. This will also facilitate handling of the Jay-Z concert (GM Place, 19:30-23:00), with projected 12,000 attendance.

Tunnel work and reduced SkyTrain operation will resume as planned on Monday, October 19.
