Their array of unique toppings includes local honeycomb, cornflakes, yuzu marmalade, home-made tiramisu and Tim Tam flakes! Soft Peaks expanded earlier this year by opening a dessert café in Burnaby, where guests can enjoy desserts and coffee in addition to ice cream.
