Aw, we should have won. Congrats to all.
Sounds like an awesome event; what exactly happens in a rail rodeo? I can intuitively understand the bus rodeos, but really, a train tends to turn like it’s on rails; did a programmer/analyst/computer represent SkyTrain?
In all seriousness, It’d be great to hear a bit more about what sounds like a neat event.

D: Teams learn the local system, and then are tested on operations, customer service, and uniform appearance. Everyone had to manually operate the trains for the SkyTrain test. For more, see the official rodeo handbook, which shows how the competitors are scored and all the rules of competing. You can also catch a glimpse of this year’s competitors learning our system in this blog post.
Just wanted to give a big “thunbs up” to Vancouver and SKYTRAIN for hosting the 2010 APTA Rail Rodeo and Conference. You have a beautiful city and your SKYTRAIN was very inpressive. Food and the views were great! My family appreciated all the hospitality extended to them. The only thing my boys would change would be being able to crash the train on the simulator. Thanks again!
