Evo Summer Cinema at Stanley Park
The well-attended outdoor Evo Summer Cinema at Stanley Park is back! Make sure to arrive between 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. to reserve yourself some good spots. Admission is free and VIP seating is available for booking.
When: Screenings begin at sunset (between 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) on Tuesdays from July 5th – August 23rd.
Where: Ceperley Meadow / Second Beach in between the water and Stanley Park Drive
Transit: Route 19 to Stanley Park
Other entertainment: Food truck fare and snack bars.

Summer Movie Nights at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square
The free Summer Movie Nights event at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (formerly known as the Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza) is coming back with fun activations before the movie begins! Come by early to make the most of it and to reserve seats you like. Seats are limited so bring yours just in case!
When: Screenings begin at 9 p.m. on Thursdays from July 7th – August 18th.
Where: šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square
Transit: Expo Line to Granville Station, Canada Line to Vancouver City Centre, or find the best bus route to get you there.
Other entertainment: The fun starts at 4:00 p.m. including hula-hooping, mini-golf, stilt walkers, drum circles, and choirs. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants along Granville and Robson Street near the Square.

Deckchair Cinema, North Vancouver
Imagine a beautiful night time view of Downtown Vancouver on one side and a movie screen on the other. With admission by donation, you can watch a movie at the Quay which includes access to the exhibit at The Polygon Gallery!
When: Screenings begin at sunset (between 9:00 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.) on Thursdays from July 7th – August 11th.
Where: Cates Deck by The Polygon Gallery
Transit: Take the SeaBus or the bus to Lonsdale Quay.
Other entertainment: Live DJs at Cates Deck begin at 7:00 p.m., and the Polygon Gallery featuring Ghosts of the Machine is open until 8:00 p.m. The Lonsdale Quay Market is open until 7:00 p.m. and a few nearby restaurants are open late.

Summer Cinema at Civic Square, Burnaby
There are lots of family-friendly movies in store at Civic Square’s Summer Cinema. Just steps from Metropolis at Metrotown so you can get warmed up with some of the latest movies screening at Cineplex before heading to the square. It’ll be a movie night delight!
When: Screenings begin at 8:30 p.m. on Fridays from August 12th – September 2nd.
Where: Burnaby Civic Square, McKay Avenue
Transit: Expo Line to Metrotown Station or any bus route that services the area.
Other entertainment: Metrotown Mall is open until 9:00 p.m.
