The TransLink enterprise has once again been recognized as one of BC’s Top Employers — for the 12th year in a row!

This award recognizes both our commitment to service excellence and to ​creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

Now in its 21st year, BC’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Here are some of the reasons why we’ve been selected in 2026:

This year, Nikki Villanueva, Project Portfolio Specialist in Rail Expansion at British Columbia Rapid Transit Company (SkyTrain), and Shezana Hassko, Vice President of Engineering at TransLink, represented us in the Vancouver Sun.
