2020 in Review: SkyTrain on track with improving the customer experience
Michel Ladrak, President and General Manager of British Columbia Rapid Transit Company, reflects on SkyTrain’s accomplishments over the last year amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
While there were things that customers could see like completion of the SkyTrain Customer Communication Upgrades Project that brought real-time information screens across the SkyTrain network, there was so much more that went on behind the scenes. This included closing the Expo Line platforms at Waterfront Station for a weekend to accelerate maintenance work while there were fewer people on the system.
