Need in-person help? The TransLink Customer Service Centre at Waterfront Station has you covered! It is open Monday through Friday (except holidays), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tour it with us through photos.

The TransLink Customer Service Centre is inside the main concourse at Waterfront Station, next to Starbucks.

There are eight customer service stations. This means we can help twice as many customers as before at our Stadium–Chinatown Station location.

Staff are available to help you with everything Compass Card. This includes purchasing and activating products such as a Monthly Pass and Stored Value.
