We’re always asking ourselves how we can deliver an even better transit system. That’s why we want to hear from you!
Each year, we ask you take part in a pair of international benchmarking surveys. They help us look at best practices, customer satisfaction and performance measurements. Your feedback is extremely important to help make our bus and SkyTrain service even better!

Please take the time to fill out these surveys by April 30th, 2023. They take 3-5 minutes to complete.
The surveys are administered by the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) and the Community of Metros (COMET). Being a part of them provides members the unique opportunity to learn from other bus and rapid transit companies to improve performance.
When you complete the surveys, you’re playing a small part in improving transit not just in Metro Vancouver, but worldwide!
Members of the International Bus Benchmarking Group include King County Metro Transit in Seattle, Societe de Transport de Montréal (STM), Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City and London Buses in England. Community of Metros members include the London Underground, New York City Subway, Dubai Metro and Washington Metro.
The temperature on the buses are always an issue and have been for my travel. Too hot in the summer. Whoever or whatever controls the temperature its not working.
When the new Rapid bus lane goes in on Scott Road, will we be loosing our bus stop at 86 & Scott?
why are you reducing the service for South Granville no. 10?
I personally was hoping the service would be increased not decreased!
I take bus 100 every day . Passengers have to wait for 3 or 4 buses to get on bus after 5:00 pm because some bus drivers would not stop or only allow passengers off but not on when bus is full. So need more buses during rush hours.
There should be more space in some buses because students gets late due to the full bus.
I don’t even take the bus anymore due to late buses and ghost buses. I walk a lot and am considering getting an E scooter. It’s ridiculous. Also the buses that show up are so crowded, now that Covid is going around again it’s a health concern.
#80, #49,#25 #16 #17 #10 buses are notorious for showing up late, not stopping at designated stops, and sometimes being 40 minutes behind sched. I work in the community and I get all around town so this has been my experience since 2020. Translink you need to do better.
