Everything you need to know about taking transit to Shipyards Night Market
Not only can you enjoy waterfront views at Lonsdale Quay, but you can also enjoy live music, food trucks, beverage garden, and a splash park for kids at the Shipyards Night Market.
Located steps away from Lonsdale Quay Exchange (where the SeaBus and multiple bus routes terminate), you can enjoy the festivities at the market every Friday from 3 – 10 p.m.
And if you take transit after 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, you only need a 1-Zone fare to take the SeaBus and SkyTrain!
How to get to Shipyards Night Market by transit
Since Lonsdale Quay is served by SeaBus and many buses, you have multiple options to get there! Find your best route using our Trip Planner.
SeaBus
Taking the SeaBus from Waterfront Station to Lonsdale Quay is one of the easiest ways to get to the market. Not to mention you’ll experience a scenic ride!
Using the Trip Planner, plan your trip to arrive at Waterfront Station, the terminus of two SkyTrain lines (Expo Line and Canada Line), many bus routes, and SeaBus. Once you enter the faregates at Waterfront Station, walk straight ahead to access the SeaBus terminal.
If you need help, ask a uniformed transit employee – it could be one of our SkyTrain Attendants dressed in high-visibility yellow vests.
Did you know? We have Park and Ride lots located at select SkyTrain stations and bus loops so you can park your car and hop on transit. Find the closest lot to you using our Park and Ride map.
