Join us at the Treat Accessibly Halloween Village in Surrey
Imagine a Halloween where every child, regardless of their abilities, can experience the joy of trick-or-treating. That’s the vision behind Treat Accessibly, a movement that transforms Halloween into an inclusive celebration. By encouraging homeowners to offer treats from their driveways, Treat Accessibly ensures that all children can safely and comfortably enjoy the festivities. And this year, Surrey is one of the proud host cities for this event.
This year, TransLink staff are dressing up a RapidBus alongside our friends at Transit Security, to welcome trick-or-treaters at the Treat Accessibly Halloween Village on Oct. 26, 2024!
What’s a Treat Accessibly Halloween Village
Halloween Villages provide daytime curb-side accessible trick-or-treating for all children. This ensures any child of any ability can experience a traditional Halloween while simplifying planning for parents.
