TransLink has once again been recognized as one of BC’s Top Employers — for the 11th year in a row!
We earned this award thanks to our dedication to service excellence and our commitment to an inclusive workplace.
Now in its 20th year, BC’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.
Here are some of the reasons why they selected us in 2025:
- We recently enhanced our maternity leave policy, providing employees with 100 per cent of their salary for up to 18 weeks (an increase from six weeks), and offer new parents the option to extend their leave into an unpaid leave of absence.
- We offer training and development for individuals at every stage of their career, from co-op placements and apprenticeships for those just starting out to formal mentoring and leadership development programs for more experienced employees.
- Our formal Wellness Program includes free membership to an onsite fitness centre, personal fitness assessments, fitness classes, health related webinars, and wellness challenges throughout the year.
This year, Erwin Hernandez, Customer Care Work Leader at CMBC, and Elizabeth Chow, Senior Diversity Outreach Advisor at TransLink, represented us in the Vancouver Sun. They shared their perspectives on our collaborative work environment, personal growth and career advancement, and our safety, wellness, and inclusivity and diversity initiatives.
We have also been included in The Career Directory 2025, BC’s Top Employers’ guide for entry-level recruitment for recent college and university graduates.
