We’re always asking ourselves how we can deliver an even better transit system. That’s why we want to hear from you!

Each year, we ask you take part in a pair of international benchmarking surveys. They help us look at best practices, customer satisfaction, and performance measurements. Your feedback is extremely important to help make our bus and SkyTrain service even better! There is no better way to get feedback on how our transit systems run than from riders just like you!

The surveys are administered by the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) and the Community of Metros (COMET). Being a part of these groups provides members the unique opportunity to learn from other bus and rapid transit companies from all over the world to improve performance.

Members of the International Bus Benchmarking Group include King County Metro Transit in Seattle, Societe de Transport de Montréal  (STM), Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City and London Buses in England. Community of Metros members include the London Underground, New York City Subway, Dubai Metro and Washington Metro.
