Weigh in on rapid transit in the Broadway Corridor!

You’re invited to pop by an open house to learn more about the Broadway Extension and share your thoughts.

Today (June 19), we’re launching our next round of consultation, in partnership with the City of Vancouver. Back in January 2017, we launched the first phase of consultation and we heard from more than 470 people at in-person events and 4,200 people through our online survey and feedback forms. Now it’s your turn!

What is the Broadway Extension?

The Millennium Line Broadway Extension will be a direct extension of the existing Millennium Line SkyTrain service. Continuing from VCC-Clark SkyTrain Station, the Extension will travel approximately five kilometres beneath Broadway and end at Arbutus Street. A future phase of investment will connect rapid transit all the way to UBC’s Point Grey campus.

With the roll-out, earlier this year, of the first phase of the 10-Year Investment Plan, project planning and engagement for the Millennium Line Broadway Extension is underway.

We want you to weigh in on features of the Broadway Extension and the overall project through an online survey and three drop-in open houses!
