TransLink is a part of the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) and CoMET and Nova benchmarking groups, which measure the performance of larger transit agencies across the globe.

Each year, we ask our riders to participate in benchmarking surveys that help us look at best practices, customer satisfaction and performance measurements. Your feedback is extremely important to help make our bus and SkyTrain service better than ever!

The two surveys—one each for SkyTrain and bus—will be available until May 7 and take only 3-5 minutes to complete.

Take the SkyTrain and bus survey.

Being a part of international benchmarking groups also gives members the unique opportunity to learn from other bus and rapid transit companies to improve performance.

Members of the International Bus Benchmarking Group include King County Metro Transit in Seattle, Societe de Transport de Montréal (STM), Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City and London Buses in England! CoMET and Nova members include the London Underground, New York City Subway, Dubai Metro and Washington Metro.
