TransLink is proud to partner with the World Juniors Hockey Championship to help move volunteers, fans and visitors during its week-and-a-half run.

Check out the official contest terms and conditions, but here’s the lowdown:

At last year’s tournament in Buffalo, New York, Canada defeated Sweden 3-1 to win their first gold medal since 2015. Now they’re back to defend the gold on home soil.
For Vancouver Canucks fans, there will be a familiar name in net for Canada as Canucks prospect Michael DiPietro is the projected number one. Other Canucks suiting up in the tournament will be defenceman Quinn Hughes — the team’s 7th overall pick in 2018 — who will represent the United States, and Toni Utunen, another 2018 pick, will play for Finland.
GOOD AS GOLD: Tyler Steenbergen scores the winner late for Canada as they beat Sweden 3-1 to capture the gold medal at the 2018 World Junior Championship. #WorldJuniors #TSNHockey https://t.co/AoviTLhs6Y pic.twitter.com/uTeVoUSf7Y

Take transit to the World Juniors
The Vancouver games are being played at Rogers Arena, conveniently located steps away from Stadium–Chinatown Station, a stop on SkyTrain’s Expo Line. Use our Trip Planner to find your transit route!
Watching games in Victoria? Take the SkyTrain’s Canada Line to Bridgeport Station and the 620 Tsawwassen Ferry bus will connect you to the terminal where you’ll catch the Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay ferry to Victoria. At Swartz Bay, you’ll want to take the 72 Downtown bus to Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Note: separate fares apply for the ferry and the 72 bus.
