Mike McDaniel, President and General Manager of Coast Mountain Bus Company, shares how proud he is of transit workers. Mike applauds them for not only doing their jobs to the fullest extent, but also often going above and beyond to help keep our region moving throughout 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic.

One example is bus operator Frank Tsai, who helped save a person’s life while driving the 408 Brighouse Station route last year. Frank recounts what happened with Mike and we hear from Susie Hundal, Manager of Transit Communications.
