TransLink unveils new Customer Service Centre at Waterfront Station
The terminus of the region’s busiest transit routes now welcomes customers with an enhanced customer service experience.
Waterfront Station is now home to the TransLink Customer Service Centre, previously the Compass Customer Service Centre, which will provide easier to access to customers looking to purchase fare products or seeking assistance. The new Customer Service Centre is bright, spacious, and inviting, located near the first port of call for many tourists, including cruise ship visitors. Conveniently located downtown near major employers, commercial centres, and hotels, this location makes it easy for residents and visitors alike to purchase Compass products.
The TransLink Customer Service Centre boasts twice as much counterspace to serve customers, including two accessible stalls for people in wheelchairs.
What services are available
Customers visiting the TransLink Customer Service Centre can purchase or activate Compass products — including wearables, resolve fare infractions, purchase TaxiSavers, obtain keys for some series of older bike lockers operated by TransLink, and receive assistance with BC Bus Pass. There is also a Trip Planning kiosk located onsite for on-the-fly trip planning. Customers can check out the latest and greatest merchandise available from the TransLink Store.
How do I get there
The TransLink Customer Service Centre is located on the northeast side of Vancouver’s Waterfront Station, immediately right of the Starbucks.
