Have your say! We are making changes to the 10 Granville bus route

The 10 Granville/Waterfront bus is one of Vancouver’s busiest yet most delayed bus routes. We’re working with the City of Vancouver to improve travel times and reliability for the thousands of people who travel along this route daily.
We’re inviting you to take a survey on proposed bus stop changes for the 10 as part of public engagement for Granville Street Transit Improvements. You can share your feedback by April 29.
What’s changing?
Bus stop placements
The 10 has some of the closest stops in the region. Seventy-six per cent are closer than the recommended 300-metres minimum spacing between bus stops on all-day frequent service routes. This can slow down service and lead to delays.
We’re proposing changes to one in five of the least-used stops on this route and adding four new stops at signalized crossings to support accessibility. With these changes over 80 per cent of customers can continue using their current stop. Customers who experience a stop change will find a new stop within a block of their previous one. See route map showing proposed stop changes.
Bus lanes
The City of Vancouver is planning to extend bus lane hours along this corridor to help more people get around faster. Learn more at vancouver.ca/granville-transit.
Where?
These bus priority measures will take place on Granville Street, between West 16th Avenue and SW Marine Drive.

The 10 sees more than three million boardings per year. The improvements planned for the Granville corridor will make transit more reliable and easier to plan around for thousands of riders.
