And yes, Bike Bus is back!

What you need to know

Summer Service Changes start Monday, June 23 with more frequent service on 13 routes to outdoor destinations throughout Metro Vancouver.

We’re ramping up service on routes that connect you to beaches, parks, and other summer hot spots, so you can spend more time exploring, and less time waiting. The routes include:

The 900 Bike Bus returns

Starting Friday, June 27, our popular Bike Bus hits the road once again between Bridgeport Station and Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The bus is retrofitted with eight interior bike racks plus the two out front for a total of nine bikes.

Whether you’re heading to the island or just soaking in some ocean breeze, the 900 Bike Bus is a stress-free way to travel with your bike.

📅 Runs: Fridays, weekends, and holidays from June 27 – Sept. 1
🕖 Hours: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. timed with BC Ferries sailings
📍 Route: Follows the 620 to and from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal

Earlier RapidBus service

We’ve also added earlier weekday morning trips on two of the busiest RapidBus routes in the region, making it even easier for early risers and shift workers to get moving.

  • R1 King George Blvd: New early trips toward Guildford at 4:26, 4:39, and 4:52 a.m.
  • R6 Scott Road: A new early trip at 4:30 a.m. toward Scott Road Station.

More SeaBus service

On Friday and Saturday nights through Sept. 27, SeaBus sailings are running every 15 minutes until 11:15 p.m. That’s two extra hours of frequent evening crossings between the North Shore and downtown Vancouver.
