The 2026 PNE Fair is back from August 22 to September 7 in Vancouver, with live entertainment, concerts, food vendors, heart-stopping rides at Playland, and some incredible deals.
On Friday August 28 and Friday September 4, the first 5,000 guests can get a 2-for-1 admission. Simply show your Compass Card or proof of same-day transit fare to redeem the offer.
Acceptable proof of same-day transit fare include:
- Compass Card
- Compass products (e.g. Compass Mini, Wristband)
- Printed Compass tickets
- A mobile fare product, like a tap from an Interac debit card, credit card, or digital wallet
Looking for more ways to save? Tickets are only $7 online and at the door during opening weekend (August 22 and 23).
Getting to PNE Fair
Multiple bus routes (R5, 14, 16, 210, and 211) serve the PNE, and you can easily plan your trip using the Transit App.
For SkyTrain connections, ride the #16 PNE from either 29th Avenue Station (Expo Line) or Renfrew Station (Millenium Line). This special express service runs every 15 minutes and makes just three stops, terminating at Pacific Coliseum near the PNE Fair.
Once you’re there
- The Transit Museum Society’s Heritage Bus, also known as the “730,” will be back on display. Inside, see a timeline of public transit in Metro Vancouver through the years.
- On Fridays, you can find TransLink staff and ambassadors at the gates ready to help you get to where you need to go.
- Ride the TransLink-themed PNE Express train! It’s just $2 to come aboard, and kids under 3 ride for free.
- Visit the TransLink Activation area for giveaways, photobooth, and more.
