Last chance to hear the Seth Rogen announcements!

As we bid adieu to fall sunshine for winter rain, we get ready to bid adieu to the Seth Rogen announcements.

Starting today and until Oct. 31, it’s your last chance to hear Seth announcements on the system! We’ve loaded three new ones onto the Expo and Millennium Line.

Hear them onboard trains travelling from Burquitlam to Moody Centre station, as well as the platforms at Burrard and Waterfront station.

What does Seth say? It’s a surprise! A little bird tells us he talks about hipsters, Waterfront Station and Hotel Vancouver.

On the Canada Line, you’ll hear his etiquette PSAs about courtesy seats, feet on seats, and walking left and standing right on the escalators.

We announced Seth as our guest voice back in July with plans to play his announcements until the end of October.

Even though these are the last that will play on the system, you’ll want to stay tuned to The Buzzer blog and our social media channels.

We have a dozen “outtakes” that will be released online next month!

Want to hear all the etiquette PSAs? We’ve now released all of them on TransLink’s YouTube account.

This makes me sad because it made me so happy to hear Seth’s announcements. I hope he returns for visits!

Is there a way to sign a petition to not only keep his announcements going, but to do all of the voice work for the each train’s stops as well?

Thank goodness it’s soon going to be over. Who wants to be lectured to, day after day, going to work? I get enough of that AT work. They weren’t funny, they were just annoying.
