Ride, roll, and save: connect to transit with sweet deals on car and bike share
Ride, roll, and save: connect to transit with sweet deals on car and bike share
As FIFA World Cup 2026™ Vancouver kicks off, we’ve teamed up with some of our partners to make it easier and more flexible to connect to transit and other destinations by bike and car share.
Bike and car share services are some of the easiest ways to connect to other modes of transit, like the bus, SkyTrain or SeaBus. We’ve partnered with Better Environmentally Sound Transportation (BEST), Mobi, and Evolve on perks to make your cycling and transit journey smoother and more convenient during this busy tournament period.
We’ve also teamed up with Evo Car Share to expand access to dedicated car share parking near SkyTrain for quick connections to transit, including Renfrew Station and Main Street–Science World.
Free Bike Valets
TransLink and the City of Vancouver have partnered with BEST to offer free Bike Valet services. You can leave your bike in the secure Bike Valets at Science World, Callister Park, and Hastings Community Centre. It’s like a coat check — but for bikes. On-site staff will give you a claim stub, and you give them your bike.
After the event, you bring back the stub, and they’ll return your bike. BEST of all, it’s free! Visit thebicyclevalet.ca/calendar for more information.
Bike share – Expanded stations and discounts
We’ve also teamed up with Mobi in the City of Vancouver and Evolve on the North Shore to offer discounted bike share trips that connect to transit. TransLink and Mobi have also partnered to offer a new seasonal bike share station near the PNE, available starting June 9.
City of Vancouver: Visit mobibikes.ca and purchase a discounted Match Day Pass, which offers 30-minute rides on classic bikes and 15-minute rides on e-bikes for one full day. You can also pick up a Hat Trick Pass, which offers discounted 30-minute rides on classic bikes and 15-minute rides on e-bikes for three full days. Both products are available starting June 11 and can be found on the pricing page.
Just need a quick trip? Use special code FANTASTIC15 for 15 minutes of complimentary travel on classic bikes or e-bikes.

North Shore: Use an Evolve e-bike to connect to transit! Visit evo.ca/evolve to download the Evo app and receive a free 10-minute ride on any e-bike trip that begins or ends at Park Royal, Lonsdale Quay, and Phibbs Exchange. No promo code needed!
Car Share — Dedicated parking near transit
Evo Car Share parking will be available at EasyPark Lot 195 (88 Switchmen Street), a six-minute walk from Main Street-Science World Station, and at Lot #199 (2808 E 12th Avenue), below Renfrew Station with a direct connection to the FIFA Fan Festival™ Shuttle.
Travel Hubs
Not quite sure where to start? Visit our Travel Hub at the Last Mile area by Science World. Here, you can learn how we work with local partners to make multimodal travel a seamless experience. You can also start or end your Mobi bike and Lime e-scooter trips here, and staff will be available to answer any questions about these services.
Whether you’re going to a match, heading to work, or exploring the region, take advantage of these offers on connecting services during your transit journey.
